Return Policy

UK Returns
We hope you absolutely love your order, but if things didn’t quite work out — no worries! You’ve got 7 days from receipt date to send your item(s) back.

  • Just email support@ilis.store to receive the exchange/return form. 
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings — even if the packaging hasn’t been opened.
  • The safety of our team and our customers is our top priority.
  • Rings must have their original size tag still attached and untampered with — if not, we won’t be able to accept the return and will send it back your way.
  • Please note: In instances of Change of Mind/ Exchanges, the purchaser will have to pay for the shipment, however ILIS will ship the new / exchanged product free of charge. In instances of Faulty Product, customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products however, this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
  • Please give us up to 10 days after we receive your return to process everything.
